About Jess
I knew it was time for a change in my career after becoming a mother. I felt a strong desire to do more than working in the corporate world. Living in California and through a fortuitous meeting I pursued my studies in Medical Hypnotherapy. My studies and practise were a springboard for my own interest in alternative health and medicine. Since this time, I have met so many wonderful clients, teachers and colleagues both in California and Australia, who have all continued to open up my world further.
I have no doubt that these experiences and interactions lead me to mushrooms. Upon moving back to Australia I made a trip to my local health food store where I first discovered medicinal mushrooms. As I delved deeper in to my own research, my love and fascination for these gifts of nature continued to grow.
After sharing my fascination about these mushrooms with Marc, a life-long friend and fellow mushroom lover, the concept for Bondi Blyss was born.
Bondi Blyss has allowed my passion to give back to expand beyond what I have ever imagined. I am so grateful and excited to share our creations with you!

About Marc
I fell in love with mushrooms in 2010, after a chance encounter led me to discover their entheogenic properties. The experience was so powerful and profound that soon I found myself fascinated with all things mushroomy. Icey Melbourne mornings spent foraging in the forests, night classes on how to identify spores through a microscope, and hours spent on YouTube watching mushroom timelapse videos. My entire view of these weird and wonderful beings changed; even the blue-green moulds that at one time looked so deathly and menacing were now perfect silken strands of rebirth and renewal. When I found myself promoting the eco-friendly mushroom burial suit, I knew I was officially hooked.
At that time I had only ever worked in the finance sector, but increasingly I knew it was time to pursue a new career, one which aligned with my true interests and passions.
Circumstance soon brought me back to Sydney after 10 years away. Shortly after, I reconnected with an old friend and fellow Bondi local. I was unaware Jess was on a similar journey of finding her bliss, and so her off-the-cuff question one night caught me by surprise:
“Do you know anything about mushrooms?”
Many taste tests later, and with shared vision to create something pure and delicious, Bondi Blyss was born.
