How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $6 for shipping within Australia, $12 for NZ and $20 for all other international orders.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
For shipments within Australia your order should arrive within 5 business days. Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on the local country postage system.
Can I get a refund if there is a problem with my order?
Absolutely. We are proud of our products and stand by them wholeheartedly and so we are confident you'll love them too! However, in the case that you’re not, we are unhappy too and that’s why we offer a simple return policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will happily provide you with a full refund less shipping charges.

What are medicinal mushrooms, and why do you use them in your blends?
Mushrooms have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years as a way of providing a natural way to obtain overall health and wellness.
They have been known to be packed with antioxidants, polysaccharides, and other unique compounds that may provide a range of benefits such as supporting the immune system, enhancing cognition, strengthening of the immune system, stress-relieving, and anti-aging benefits.
While many love the taste of gourmet mushrooms, these powerful medicinal mushrooms typically aren’t used for cooking.
What part of the mushroom do you use in your blends?
Our mushroom powders are made from the whole mushroom fruiting body, which contains the vast majority of the beta glucans where the health benefits are believed to be contained. Some mushroom supplements are made by simply grinding up mushroom mycelium that has been grown on brown rice. This final product of mycelium on grain contains non-significant quantities of the beneficial compounds.

Where are your mushrooms grown?
We proudly source our mushrooms from organic mushroom farms in China. Our mushrooms are native to the Chinese forests and so we have ensured we are sourcing direct from where they are naturally found. All our mushrooms are fully certified organic and meet the highest standards.
Are your blends Organic, Vegan Gluten free?
Yes, our blends are 100% Organic, vegan and gluten free. We have worked hard to ensure we are using the highest quality ingredients available so that you receive the maximum benefit from our blends.

Are your blends Caffeine free?
Our Chai and Hot Chocolate blends are caffeine free. Our coffee blend is equivalent to approximately one shot of coffee.
How much should I take?
We recommend 1-2 serves per day.
One sachet is approximately one dose, but feel free to add more/less depending on your individual taste.
What’s the difference between medicinal and psychoactive/ ‘magic’ mushrooms?
Our mushrooms contain none of the chemical compounds found in magic mushrooms. They are safe, legal, and produce no hallucinogenic effects.
Though magic mushrooms may be linked to mental health support, they differ vastly from culinary and the medicinal mushrooms we use.
What are Adaptogens?
Adaptogens are substances that increase our ability to adapt and recover from stress, helping to promote a natural balance and healthy stress response in the body.

What are Beta Glucans?
Beta-glucans (ß-glucans) are polysaccharides, which are carbohydrates consisting of long chains of sugars (saccharides). A variety of beta-glucans from medicinal mushrooms have been shown to have immuno-modulatory properties, that is, they can modify immune responses.
