Returns and refunds:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will happily provide you with a full refund less shipping charges. To process a refund or provide us with feedback, you can contact us at returns@bondiblyss.com. Make sure to include your name, contact details, and order number.Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your return along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Product:
Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damages please make note of it and immediately contact us at returns@bondiblyss.com and we will process your refund or replace the damaged goods at no extra cost.Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Items can not be returned after 30 days. Returns are also not accepted for gift cards. If there are uncertainties regarding your specific item, please contact us at returns@bondiblyss.com.Exchanges:

Upon the reception and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, processing times might vary with different banks or credit card companies. All refunds, with the exception of damaged goods, will be made minus shipping charges. Shipping within Australia is $6, to NZ is $12, and to other international destinations, it is $20.Bondi Blyss reserves the right to make a decision on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation of the returned items.
